RevSol POS is a cloud-based platform to manage sales, inventory, customers, and reporting.

3. Account Registration

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain account security
  • Update details as needed
  • Accept responsibility for activity under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Billed monthly/annually in advance
  • Fees non-refundable except as required by law
  • Fee changes with 30 days notice
  • Non-payment may suspend service

5. User Conduct

  • No illegal use
  • No infringement
  • No harmful content
  • No unauthorized access attempts
  • No service disruption
  • No fraud

6. Data and Privacy

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service is owned by RevSol and protected by IP laws.

8. Termination

We may suspend/terminate accounts violating these terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES.

10. Limitation of Liability

REVSOL IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT/INCIDENTAL/CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify RevSol for claims arising from your use or violations.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update terms and notify users for material changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
