Delete your account

How to ask

1. Fill in the form with the email address you sign in with.
2. Tick the box to confirm you want the account deleted, and send the request.
3. We reply to that email address to confirm it is yours before anything is deleted.
4. We delete the account within 30 days of confirming, and tell you when it is done.

You can also write to support@revsol.io from the address on the account.

What is deleted

• Your Revsol account: your name, email address and password.
• Your access to Revsol POS and to every other Revsol product the account signs in to.
• The devices signed in to the account, which are signed out.

What is kept

Records your business keeps in Revsol POS (sales, invoices, bookings and the like) belong to the business, not to your account, and stay with it. If you own the business and want those deleted too, say so in the message. Billing records we must keep by law are kept for as long as the law requires, then deleted.
